Fourth Annual Women's Recharge Retreat

What is your spf for God? Silence, Prayer and Faith.

Do you sit in silence with God?  In what ways do you pray for yourself and others?  Are you looking to strengthen your Faith?  Come join us for a one day retreat to learn more about Adoration, Prayer, and Scriptural Reflection while engaging in small group discussion with women of Faith. 

Registration fee of $15 covers retreat packets, morning refreshments and lunch.  The retreat is open to all women 18 years of age and older.

Guest Speakers for the reteat:

Aimee and Colin MacIver currently teach theology at St. Scholastica Academy in Covington, Louisiana, where Colin serves as the religion department chair and campus ministry coordinator.  In addition to teaching in Catholic high schools, they have also served in various youth ministries for nearly ten years.  Colin travels nationally and internationally as a team member and speaker for Dumb Ox Productions, bringing the message of purpose and purity to youth.  Colin holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a master's degree in theology from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, while Aimee holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Franciscan University of Steubenville.  


Along with 15 years of marriage Aimee and Colin have served together for more than a decade in the Theology department at St. Scholastica Academy. Together they co-authored Theology of the Body for Teens Middle School Edition and the parent and sponsor guides for Chosen: Your Journey Toward Confirmation through Ascension press. Both are alumni of Franciscan University and have extensive experience in ministry both here in Louisiana and on road far and away. In 2017 Aimee was named Alumni of the year for St. Scholastica Academy for her years of service in forming and inspiring young women at the Academy and beyond, for her written and artistic contributions, (aimeemaciver.com aheroicmoment.com) and overall witness to the community. Aimee and Colin have two children and live in not so far away Covington.
